Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data G2W processes when you visit this website, contact us or use the software we provide, why we do it and what rights you have.
1. Controller

2. What we process
- Contact, demo and quote requests — name, company, work email, phone, the products you make and your message.
- Website usage — technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, time of access) in server logs, kept for security.
- Software accounts — user name, email, company, project data and calculation inputs you enter in a G2W tool.
- Preferences — language and display theme, stored in your own browser.
3. Why, and on what legal basis

4. Who receives the data
Only staff who need it, and processors bound by a data processing agreement, such as our hosting provider (EU data centre) and email provider. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Data is hosted in the European Union. Where a provider outside the EU/EEA is used, transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Requests: only as long as needed to handle them and follow up. Contract and invoice data: as long as commercial and tax law requires. Server logs: a short period for security purposes.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and object to processing. You may also complain to a data protection authority. In Türkiye, rights under KVKK (Law No. 6698) apply in the same way.

Content
Texts, screens, drawings and examples on this site are provided for information. Example values (airflows, capacities, sound levels) illustrate how the tools work and are not a selection for a real project.
Intellectual property
All content, software screens and the G2W name and logo are protected. Product names of third parties belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; otherwise only as required by mandatory law.
Software licence (EULA)
Summary of the terms under which G2W software is licensed. The signed licence agreement takes precedence.
- Licence — a non-exclusive right to use the tools for the licensed products, users and markets, for the agreed term.
- Branded tools — tools built for your products are published under your brand; your product data stays yours.
- Your data — project and calculation data belong to you and are exported on request at the end of the contract.
- Engineering responsibility — results support the designer's decision; the final design remains the responsibility of the qualified engineer.
- Updates — cloud tools are updated continuously; desktop and iOS apps receive updates through the agreed channel.
- Restrictions — no reverse engineering, resale or use outside the licensed scope.
- Term and termination — as set out in the agreement; data is kept for an agreed period after termination for export, then deleted.
Service levels (SLA)
Service levels for cloud tools and support. Exact response and resolution times are set in each service agreement.

- Availability — cloud tools are monitored around the clock.
- Maintenance — announced in advance, outside business hours where possible.
- Backups — daily, stored in the EU.
Accessibility
We want every engineer to be able to use our website and tools. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA: keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, text alternatives for images and support for screen readers.
If something is hard to use, tell us through our contact form — we will fix it or provide the information in another format.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in a G2W website or tool, please report it through our contact form. We will acknowledge your report, keep you informed and not take action against good-faith research. See Security & trust for how we protect data.
